Shimmery purple

1. Put your primer around the eye and a thick layer of
powder underneath to easily get rid of the eyeshadow
fallouts in case you've already done your base.



2. Now paint a thick layer of creme base on
your lid and on your brow bone. Here I've used
NYX Eyeshadow Pencil in Hot Pink and Milk.



3. Smudge that creme base out to make it even.



3. Put a light purple eyeshadow on your inner half of
the eyelid. Here I've used MAD Minerals New Love.



4. Put a purply pink on the outer part
of the lid. This is MAD Minerals Petal.



5. Define your crease with a dark, shimmery purple.
Put it along the top lashline to smoke the look out a bit.
I used Make Up Store Microshadow Flamenco.



6. Now carefully blend every harsh line.



7. Now put Petal on the inner half underneath the eye.



8. And put the light purple New Love on the outer half.



9. Fill your lashline in with Flamenco.



10. And blend.



11. Do your highlight. I chose a golden white from MAD
Minerals called Whisper Gold. Also line your waterline
with a white or light beige eye pencil to brighten up.



12. Do your eyeliner as preferred.



13. Do your brows and mascara. Done!

LETS START THE TUTORIAL.......

1. start by applying your eyeshadow base and MAC shadestick over it (if you don’t have MAC shadestick use a jumpo pencil or something like that)

2. in the inner corner of your eye apply shade #1 in combination with shade #2 and blend it out towards the middle part of your lid

3. apply #2 and #3 in the middle and blend it out towards the outer part of your lid

4. apply #4 in the outer part and on the crease and blend it nicely towards the middle part of your eye lid (as you can see, here is the color difference I was talking about :/ )

5. on your lower lash line apply Rituals Intense Color Eye Pencil

6. apply essence cool breeze eyeliner over Rituals Intense Eye Color and make a small peak at the very end of it

7. in the end, apply your black eyeliner on your upper lash line and apply your mascara too (this was taken with flash)

Eye Makeup Application Tutorial

Hi Ladies !

Here it is finally, the tutorial on eye makeup application. So many of you wrote in asking for a tutorial that described the various areas commonly used to apply color in most eye makeup looks. So I sat last night and made these. Hopefully you'll find them useful :)

Upper Lash line - The area right above / along your lashes on the upper lid of your eye.
Lower Lash line - The area right below / along your lashes on the lower lid of your eye.
Water Line - The area between the white of the eye and the lower lash line.
Lid Area - The whole area of upper lid of your eye starting from the upper lash line to the crease
Crease - The natural fold of your eye. The natural groove in the skin of your upper lid.
Outer V - The outer end of your eye, towards the temple.
Inner Corner - The inner end of your eye towards the nose.
Highlight - The area right below your brow bone.
